Half Guard Seminar in LA March 20th by 2 Black belts
Saturday March 20th 12 Noon until 3 pm
Half Guard Seminar from TWO BJJ Black Belts: Rey Diogo and Rodrigo Medieros will be doing a 3 hour seminar on the Half Guard First One hour and half will be Submissions and Transitions from the Top. The Second hour and half will be Submissions and Transitions from the Bottom. Open to all belt levels If you have any problems, questions or concerns with your Half Guard training, this is the seminar you HAVE to attend.
