This seminar is for suggested for intermediate and advanced students.Frank will be giving 4 hours worth of instruction and drills in advance submission, grappling , tricks and technique as well as takedowns and ground control. Personal requests are still welcomed through the rest of this month. Send any requests to us here.

This seminar will run from 10:00Am until 3;00PM with one lunch break.No video cameras are allowed, but photographs are permitted with limitation. No spectators other than those in the semninar.
