Our Instructor (Grandmaster) Major Avi Nardia former head instructor of Israeli special unit YAMAM is teaching various CQB and Counter Terrorist tactics that includes unique techniques.
Training includes:
* Combat conditioning drills (physical and mental)
* Suicide Bomber Takedowns
* Hostile subject control
* Knife defense
* Gun and Rifle disarm
* Arm and leg strikes
