MKG Martial Arts International is sponsoring a 2-Day Women's Self Defense and Personal Awareness Workshop with Diana Rathborne at our Greenwood location. Diana has been the women's self defense trainer at the Minnesota Kali Group in Minneapolis, MN for almost 10 years. Diana will train you to deal with the physical and emotional process of escalating confrontation. The course has been researched, formulated, and developed over the last 20 years. You will learn practical skills that are useable for women of any age, size, shape or athletic ability as well as important avoidance and awareness training.
The course is safe, fun, practical and informative. This workshop will only be offered once this year. Don't miss it! Register today!
