Here is a reminder for my next seminar coming up this Sunday at the Tokei Gym in the heart of London. This one will be chock full of useful information and will continue in the progression of seminars since January. Hope to see all the regular faces there!


This seminar concentrates on how to really apply joint manipulation for the street rather than for sport. Breaks, locks, chokes and cranks can all be great as secondary techniques in order to gain control over your opponent. Make no mistake about it- this is not one of those lame control and restraint courses where you are taught to put a limp wrist lock on a non-compliant opponent, but rather a scientific breakdown of best option tactics in this subject matter. You will learn immobilisation techniques and control for both unarmed and with weapons ranging from a less-than-lethal to lethal application. Great course for police and security personnel!

DIRECTIONS: The Nearest Tube is London Bridge. Come out of the station and walk down Tooley Street towards Tower Bridge. Turn right at Bermondsey Street and then take the first left into Magdalen Street. The Tokei Gym is about a block further down on the right hand side...see you there!
