Kettlebell and Mobility Training Seminar
Steve Cotter, Dave Randolph and I will be presenting a seminar on Strength, Conditioning, Kettlebells, and Mobility training. This will be jammed packed and we are combining decades of martial arts and fitness training to give you maximum benefits.
