i think it is possible to travel in time but only go forwards and never be able to go back, coz how could you go back to something that has already passed?

i know scientists have done teleportation but that was only teleporting an atom to like 2 metres away, maybe in the next 200 years or so they could teleport people to a later date, or a more plausible answer would probably be stick em in some freeze device then awaken them at a later date, now thats the only time travel stuff i can think of happening, why you would wanna travel into the future i dunno, but i think going back in time if it were possible is too dangerous coz anything could happen to alter current time
