Default Subject Matter Experts

I thought it might be interesting to see which schools of thought were valued by different people. I dont "believe in Masters" so i prefer the military lingo, i think it cuts to the chase.

For instance, if you train firearms is there a specific school of thought you subscibe to? Quick kill for instance...Who do you study to learn these concepts?

Whose blade work ideas do you incorporate?

Do you study a H2H system? which one(s)?

In other words if you could pick the brains of the best in each field, whose attributes would you like to have?
