I don't mean it to seem like I'm 'advertising', but I know of a blog from a guy who's independently reporting from Iraq. I've read it lots of times, and it’s usually full of the positive things. His comments over the present situation in Fallujah are pretty uplifting, and he tries to stay objective and committed to both his own honest perspective and lets Soldiers, Marines, and Sailors get their thoughts and pictures in. All around good stuff, and positive (though not gratuitously so) to boot.

Hoorah--looks like it's coming to about the point where good news in Iraq is more plentiful than bad news.
