I read in a book right, Special Forces/Ranger-UDT/SEAL Hand-To-Hand Combat/ Special Weapons/Special Tactics Series; Knife Fighting, Knife Throwing for Combat right by Michael D. Echanis right, that doing kata is good for when you are a POW. Guess it gives you something to do right.
But that is STUPID advice innit. If you are captured and you start doing Martial Arts you are just begging for unwelcome attention from the guards right. Doing kata a good idea?
