Anybody hear about this guy?
In a youtube video, he basically disclaims the Marines saying they are overrated. He says the Marines failed to take Fallujah after 11 attempts and that they are ineffective, bottom of the barrel people. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdY9ocN16Uc He also says that he kicked a Marine's ass. I'm not one to judge a book by its cover and I've seen small guys kick ass, but this guy is full of sh!t. He used to have a site up called forsakethetroops.com where he says troops are overpaid. Anyways, he got ripped apart by Hannity.

i dont know who this nutcase is or what bs agenda he has, but that statement about fallujah may have some truth to it. i dont think us forces were ever able to fully secure fallujah. our forces did in fact assault fallujah multiple times, and still weren't able to fully stop the insurgency in the area. fallujah is probably one of the toughest cities in all of iraq. i
"The Battle of Fallujah (code-named Operation Al-Fajr - "The Dawn" in Arabic, and Operation Phantom Fury), sometimes referred to as the Second Battle of Fallujah in comparison to Operation Vigilant Resolve—was a joint U.S.-Iraqi offensive against rebel strongholds in the city of Fallujah, authorized by the U.S.-appointed Iraq interim government. The U.S. military called it "the heaviest urban combat that Marines and Army infantry soldiers have been involved in since the battle of Hue City in Vietnam." the insurgency in fallujah has been particularly fierce. you guys hear about how the Saudis have said they are going to start officially funding and equipping the sunni insurgents if the usa doesnt secure the country soon? thats all bad. "Saudi Arabia would respond to an American withdrawal from Iraq by funding and arming Sunni insurgents to prevent them being massacred by Shia militias, the kingdom has told the White House. The blunt warning, which diplomatic sources said was delivered by King Abdullah to Vice President Dick Cheney in Riyadh just over a fortnight ago, raises the spectre of an Iraqi civil war triggering a conflict between Sunni and Shia states across the Middle East." http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main...4/wsaudi14.xml |

Good info, Dick.
The guy definitely has an agenda. I looked up one of his claims: one ranger is worth 10 marines. To the contrary, I found out that Marines and Rangers can actually cross train in each other's areas of expertise and tend to think highly of one another. 1. The USMC Scout Sniper Basic school is apparently one of the best in the world and teaches Army Infantry and SEALs http://usmilitary.about.com/cs/marin...rinesniper.htm Seems like a chance for different service men to train together, under the branch that promotes every Marine a rifleman. 2. Marines are allowed to get Airborne qualified alongside Rangers. The general consesus from what I've read from Rangers is that the Marines do earn their respect and are like 'cousins'. I've read that some Marines who go to Ranger school have done well, too. I'm sure there are other areas where their training overlaps, but these two examples were sufficient enough to point out that this guy didn't do his homework.

he had trouble getting in the army for so legal stuf then when in he got sent home from basic for asmaa or some medical thing so he has a grudge. he hada web site but pulled it after being on hannity and combs then had somenone cliam he was beaten to death shortly after he and wants to be with a couple man and woman(I don't think I understand probably good that I don't) (some lady investagated his sex life on the net and posted on her website)
So basically he's just piss at the army there should be a website called I'm mad at the army or marines.com for peoople to snivel then maybe they stop attacking people who aren't here to defen themselves because they are in a combat zone. As for falluja we should have nevev let the falluja brigade take over after the bridge incodent happed we should have cleand house asap instead of letting it become a rats nest would have lost few men that way.
