I don't see how that would be a practical bet.

Not much chance in figuring out how much of the US most of the forum has seen.

I know personally i'm only missing a few states in the northwest and the north east.

I hate to burst anyones bubble but there is absolutely nothing you can do against a well and properly executed AMBUSH except for pray and minimize the damage.
