Yeah right, if they dont have anyone to fight there will be peace and that makes them peaceful, as if not having a common opponent/enemy wouldn't make them start bickering amongst themselves again
The Qu'ran isn't peaceful nor the islam(qu'ran plus hadiths) but nor is the Old testament, muslims can be peaceful as most Christians, jews and hindus are

any system of thought, based around the central idea "We do What the Creator Asks of Us, and if You Don't Do as We Do, Then You Are NOT in the Creator's Favor, and We ARE" is, at it's heart, warlike and NOT peaceful.

I don't care if they never pick up a sword/gun/shoot missiles at us..

The ideology "God Loves Us Because We Keep His Way, And You Do Not, So He Doesn't Love You." is a warlike, hateful, divisive, SICK mentality.

Most religions hold this mentality.

Even if the religion doesn't add the last part on, the "So he doesn't love you" part - it is IMPLIED in the words "We keep gods way so he favors US."

Even buddhism was used to promote World War II.

Religion is Divisive.

yup, good post. i agree. no matter how you want to look at it, people belonging to a certain religion are going to look at non members as inferior for not believing that their way is the right way.
