Well I guess since most of my knives are for self defense and not chopping wood or opening cans I like Titanium, because its light.

Where you get that Ti is weak is new to me since my understanding from knife makers who have been in the market for decades is that it is strong, holds an edge very very well, doesn't rust too easily and is just a bitch to grind because of its tensile strength.

Yes, the savson sword and knife place hooked me up with a big and BIGGER bowie knife.

I'm not impressed... but they are sharp, for now.

We'll see how they hold up to the abuse I'm sure to inflict.

This one is favored for now over it's smaller brother with the 7.25 inch blade. They are both hefty with large composite handles.
