Default K-1 World Gp 2003 Final

Who else is gonna be watchin this? It sounds like some good fights are comin. Botha is taking the place of Leko. So hes gonna have another shot at Aidibi. I could definitly picture Botha winning. That would be a big suprise wouldnt it?

How did that cheating b@stard get to stand in for Leko? I can almost understand the relatively inexperienced Sapp hitting Bonjasky whilst down, but for a former heavy weight champion it's just ridiculous - what a nob.

Default Hoost out

It appears illness kept Hoost from being picked as alternative.
Botha was the one who was physically ready and willing to jump in the ring.
It should end up being interesting nonetheless.

Yep, it's always interesting to see how the boxers fair against the MAists. Hopefully he'll keep his head this time. Should be a good final.

Well if your talking about Sapp, hes a pussy he knew bonjasky was going to kick his ass.Sapp was going to go to the ground when he got a good whack on the nose. He took the oppurtunity of whacking Bonjaksy when he slipped on the floor. Kimo vs Sapp was soo funny did u see when he was daised.

I haven't really seen a boxer be sucessful in MMA

Yeah, Sapp/Kimo was just pure comedy. I don't think it's that good for the sport to have two muppets slugging it out like they were, but hilarious nonetheless.
Haven't seen any boxers do well in MMA either (not that I watch much of that to be honest) - but then again I haven't really seen any good boxers fight in MMA either.
Hopefully we will see Botha go a few rounds this December. Bernado is purely a boxer if I'm not mistaken and he always seems to be up there, but never quite at the top. Anyway, he's got a promising music career if he can't make it in K-1...

I agree, Bonjasky probably would have won the fight, and that Sapp was just gay for hitting Bonjasky on the ground, but personally, I don't think Sapp was any where near being kncoked unconscious, sure that kick to the cheek made him hurt, but not dizzy.
And Kimo, damn he knew how to put power into his punches, Sapp was losing his legs and bearly could hold himself up from what Kimo was pounding into him. If it wasn't for that so called doctor....

The Sapp kimo fight was just politics. Kimo has been in quite a few super fights but loses almost all the time. He always gives a damn good fight though. They just didnt want to see someone with Kimo's record beat The beast.

Sapp was leaning to the side and asking for a roundhousekick to the head
I think he would have been knocked out by Remy
