You guys are probably the best people to ask. I had a turkey day slip on some spilt peanut oil. When I went down I full on shin kicked the corner of a brick wall. That happened on friday. It doesn't hurt as much as it is uncomfortable. How long should it take to heel. I don't want to go to the doc andhim charge me 75 bones to tell me to take it easy and be carefull. How does your shin react to injuries? How long will a shin injury take to heel?

haha, sorta feels raw! is it an open injury? or is it just bumped.
if it was me i'd just forget about it unless I couldnt walk or something.... its only a shin. Go and kick a heavy bag and if it feels very sore then wait a day or two then try it again, if it is still sore then give up slipping on peanut oil and hitting brick walls ![]() Hope that all helped. lol |
