![]() | haha, sorta feels raw! is it an open injury? or is it just bumped. if it was me i'd just forget about it unless I couldnt walk or something.... its only a shin. Go and kick a heavy bag and if it feels very sore then wait a day or two then try it again, if it is still sore then give up slipping on peanut oil and hitting brick walls ![]() Hope that all helped. lol |

![]() | dude dont mean to scare ya or anything, my friend had his second fight on the weekend, he connected shin on shin... his opponent kicked he kikced and bam! same injury, the first aid guys were considering making a hole in the back of his calve to release fluid build up at his shin or something. get it checked out. |
