Default Getting bigger help

I'm 6'1 weigting 140lbs. I'm trying to get bigger but don't know where to start. I take muay thai 3X a week 2 hr sessions. Im sure i loose A LOT OF calories. Can any of you suggest me a meal plan to follow and like foods that are small in size but high in vitamins minerals protein etc... Also can you also give me some exersizes and how many reps/sets i should do?
