lately my hip has been horribly sore along with my lower back on the same side. It's a problem i've had before in highschool when i was wrestling but it was more in my back instead of the hip. This problem is making hard to do a lot of clinch kneeing for me. Any one know a good way of stretching the front of the hip??

Any cronic problem you have due to activity you should go see a sports doctor about. They can usually give you stretches and excersises to fix you right up, I've had tons of things like what you describe and I get them fixed.
