papa is on a distinguished road
Default What does your MT class consist of?

Well at my class we start off jump roping for about 15 minutes, and work thai squats, push ups and other things into the jump roping routine. Then we practice our stances and shadowboxing combos as a class. After we partner up and work with the thai pads and combos, and then go right back to cardio work with partners.

Whats on your training curriculum? How are your classes ran.

peace,
-papa-

ps. This is a phase 1 MT class which is directed more towards offensive techniques. Phase 2 consists of offensive and defensive and stage 3 is for school fighters or people who want to train on their level.
