Default Popping in the hops

I'm 15 and when i throw i high left roundhouse on some occasions my hips will start to hurt and pop alot does anybody know the cause or how to help this? It only started happening after i broke the shin on the same leg. Any help would b appreciated

perhaps you do not yet have the appropiate range of mobility. I'm not sure but perhaps you should check up with your doctor. Only he can give you a sure answer.

I have checked w/ the doctor i dont have coxa vera or nething i have rlly good range of motion in my hips. He said it could have something to do w/ the way i kick or the ligaments still dont no if ne1 knows anything else help is appreciated

Try leaning your upper torso forward and more into the kick.
