Default Books on basics

Is there any decent books or magazines that ya'll could recomend to me, I'm looking for something that really focuses on the basics. Something that talks about form, foot work, shadow boxing, and different routines. I'm in a class already, but I'd like to have something extra.. any info is appreciated

thanks

The Fighting Strategies of Muay Thai: Secrets of Thailand's Boxing Camps by Pedro Villalobos is a great read.

Fist touble downloading

Hey, I am having trouble downloading everything but the first page. This is pretty much the first time I've ever downloaded anything, so I may be doing something wrong, Plus I'm on a dial up. Any suggestions?

The only thing that I can think of is that you may need to download the latest Adobe Reader.

Go to http://www.adobe.com/ and find the link for their FREE Adobe Reader. Download and install the reader, reboot your PC, and try it again.

The only other thing that I can think of is that the size of the documents is a pretty decent size. What type of internet connection do you have? Do you have enough space on your hard drive? How much RAM do you have?
