Default Method of Training at home (outside gym)

Hi, everyone! I'm learning mt. i'm thinking of a way to train at home without any tools to help but just a pair of boxing glove, jumping rope, and dumbell. Can anyone recommend me any good training method? And good method for rope-jumping(beginner).

They just ask me to go to the gym more often but i hardly have time to do so, so i have to train myself at home.

you need a heavy bag if you are going to train by yourself. BUT i would not reccomend training by yourself if you do not know muay thai very very well. You will develop bad habbits, that will not be easy to fix later, you need someone there that knows what it should look like to tell you what you are doing right, and what you are doing wrong. Without that you will get a whole bunch of stupid habbits then when you get into the ring you are going to get killed.
