Are you serious? Who hasn't heard of Mike Tyson?? You make South African's seem ignorant. Where the hell in South Africa do you live?? I was born and raised in Pietermaritzburg, South Africa and lived there till I was 19 and only recently moved to the USA(2 years ago).

Have you heard of the USA?

ANyway, if you ever did flim any of those fight's i would like to see them. You are right there is more chance of that working in SA because the market is not already saturated with K1, UFC etc. But they'll definitly have to wear more than "bandages" over there knuckles. I think boxing gloves in a ring might work with Vale Tudo rules. Just my opinion.

Hey maan! Thank you so much for this thread about me, I am very HONORED!
I will answer your questions with simple answers.(but to only one with aquestion)
Since I got so busy with my work and moved to SA more than two years ago, I stopped following all the fighting world, I don't have TV since I work constantly on my computer hence I did not hear about Mike tyson till I started posting on this forum just two or three months ago, "Hey, dude, but now I am all clude up about the thing, heeey!".

In your thread "Muay Thai or Submission fighting?" we discussed me and you on what was better for you to start with competition wise, and you seemed not really to know where you're going! so if you are asking me what's "Vale Tudo" I might answer you with the same question!

If you couldn't tell that my "questions" where very sarcastic then I unfortunatly can't help you.

In your thread you asked "If we had heard of Mike tyson" NOT "If we had heard of Mike Tyson fighting in K1" You did mention he was going to be fighting in K1 but your question or your wording was refering to if we had heard of him! Who hasn't?

You could be the queen of England for all I care, but i would still think you where ignorant for asking that question. So telling me what you have and have not done was a waste of time.

Lets leave it at that.

It's so funny how some guys have a double face! you asked Boxiados some tips on wether if it was better to start fighting in the ring or in the cage and from his answer I could tell that he gave you an expert's advise, you even agreed with what he said and now you've been a piece of a**!
Is it really an issue if someone didn't know about Mike Tyson fighting in the K1.
I am a boxer, and that's all I did since twelve years and I didn't know that Mike Tyson was going to fight in the K1 untill I read this thread. So what now? Am I an ignorant? Is it really a big deal to you? Is it so important to you to know when Mike Tyson goes to the toilet as well?
I think dignity and respect for others is far more important than being a coward who attacks others the way you do, just because you know that you are unreachable!
My advise to you; learn to respect people, this is one of the first things that you should have when learning any type of fights!
