Default Callaces over the leg

I've been training kickboxing for the last 7 years. I know if you keep striking with your shins kill nerves, build pain tolerance, and form callaces over the bone is that right???
Well in sparrings i receive a lot of kicks of course, recently i have a pain in my leg and the doctor tell me is necesary the x-rays and showed no damage at all, just a injure like a lot of times before in my training.
But i am a bit worried because i have in my fibula exostosis in english a callaces over the bone it is normal in a thai practicioners???
Has anybody had this type of long term injury should I get medical attention/x-rays again?
I want to keep doing Muay Thai.

you should go see an orthopedic doctor (bone specialist) and perhaps further testing will be requested, like an MRI. perhaps its not just calcification over the bone, but something else that is causing you pain. especially if nothing abnormal showed up on an xray. good luck
