Ummmm... 2000 blows in 12 hours isn't squat. It would be slightly challenging if it were 2000 blows in 2 hours. I mean, c'mon. When I was out of shape, I could do 400 round kicks in 1/2 hour.

If you're including boxing, elbows, knees, AND kicks, this should be a cakewalk

Well, first you've got to be able to count that high
Seriously, I lose count after about 7 sets when things get intense. No idea how to manage 2000.

At my karate school, we run an event at the end of term for the kids called the 1000 club - where the class does 1000 "somethings" and at the end, they get a certificate... It could be 1000 punches, kicks, elbow strikes, blocks, etc. The 10 year olds easily get 1000 punches done in one hour, so I'd say you've got no problem doing 2000 in twelve!
