Hi all thai boxe enthusiasts out there
I'm curious to know from those who have been sparring against Wing Chun/Tsun people and Brazilian JJ people - how was it? did you find possible to win the fight just with kicks, punches and elbows/knees against BJJ grapplers? Did the WC/WT men successfully use some "chi-sao" trapping skills?
thanx

Sparred against a WC guy, as soo as I start with low kicks he become sthat involved with avoiding them that I can punch him quite easily. He doesn't avoid the clinch, but is overcome in it quite easily
A lad at our Thai Boxin club is also a BB in Judo, on occasion we have sparred with groundwork and he walks over me. He is awesome in the clinch, and has won several fights, inc a title, from TKO from the clinch. He puts it down to the type of strength/stamina Judo gives him.
