Some women would disagree, because they can and are willing to spar with guys, allbeit controlled and probably beat the crap out of most other women in the ring. This is a rare breed of woman though.

Dirty tricks are effective, especially against strength type grappling where some man is trying to pull or push a woman. But against a viscious attacker who isn't afraid to use dirty tricks, the woman is better off with KO type speed, ironically which most women don't train for.

Who said I was mad at EmtyneSs? I realize there are communication problems between the sexes when training. Like I said before, I am not saying you need to wail the crap out of them, just give them at least a semi-realistic attack.

I believe you stated in one of your other posts that you are 15 years old, so please don't try to tell me you understand what a "real fight" is all about.

There are definately some women out there who can hold their own in sparring. I did not mean to imply that there weren't any tough ladies out there. I also never said that dirty tricks were the ONLY thing you needed to know about fighting. You DO need to develop speed, power, and technique as well.

Just for the record, a punch is not the same thing as an eye poke. Opening your hand will change your own body alignments, and therefore changes the technique. It is not as simple as "I'll just poke him in the eye in a real fight." You will fight how you train, so you need to train like you want to fight. If you never practice those "dirty tricks" you won't be able to pull it off under stress. Techniques you must think about are not ones you will be able to use.

Seems like you don't train with fight pressure. There's nothing wrong with learning dirty techniques because that's better than nothing and significantly increases your chance of surviving. I'm a fan of whatever works and if this works for you, keep on doing it.

FYI - ring fighters know quite abit about dirty tricks, especially outside of the ring.

In a true self defense situation a dirty trick is something the other person did to you, and you didn't think of it or do it first!

Hey jr--I am Ironpalm. Yinboxer happens to be a closed door student of mine who most men who train with greatly respect. You on the other hand are a loud mouthed punk with no martial experience. Yeah dumb*ss I'm ALL the new boxer and kung fu people that have popped up recently Actually I am recovering from an illness and could not train 10 hrs per day as usual for the last couple weeks. I have about another week of recouperation (Hopefully). Once recovered, you will be happy to know I will be to busy training to bother with all this nonsense. There are MANY people at this IP address. I have a live in school for those who can pass the test to prove they will be an addition not a hindrance to our training. These people, like myself, dont own cars, tvs and shit. They live to train, learn and understand. If were not for people like Yinboxer who dedicate thier lives to self perfection you would have no hobby to try to act tough (and maybe one day meet a girl) tough guy. When you turn 18 come on in. Ill have my jr open door student teach you some respect for women and your elders-- assuming Yinboxer doesnt just snatch you over her knee and spank your little ass.

My apolagies h2h True, the insrtuctors at JFK were about 15 years old now that you mention it. The seals are soon to be replaced by the boy scouts on the front lines, or so I hear. Those maniacal 15 year olds have experience and years of training we simply cant seem to overcome! Dude your long distance skills are great. I almost died... LAUGHING.
