dont get too excited, this was the worst k-1 gp I have ever seen. I am glad they arent ppv here because I would want my money back for this debacle. if i want to see fixed fights Ill watch WWE.

1. Botha DID NOT ko Aerts, aerts hurt himself when he kicked botha and could not continue. hardly a ko- sucks for aerts.

2. musashi better be feeling like shit right now. I know I would if I got handed 2 victories I didnt deserve. Sefo and kaoklai both beat him, no question. the k-1 better sort out its judges if they plan to break into the foreign market because with htis shit going on, people will simply stop watching. I feel for Sefo and kaoklai, because if those judges hadnt been riding musashis balls, one of them wouldve been facing remy (or probably botha) for the final.

3. botha beat remy. remy got ONE kick at the end of round 3 that staggered botha- botha had dominated the entire fight. another case of judges deciding the fight based on who looks good for the final, not who actually won.

so yeah. fucking disgrace. K-1 HW division is dead and buried as far as im concerned, hoost and aerts are gone, lebanners career appears to be over from his arm injury. who does that leave? there are still some contenders but how many are really going to care after this? Sefo was on fire. he looked better than he has in years, he won his fight, and he still got fucked over. what more can he do? same with kaoklai, you could see he lost heart in the add on round because he knew there was no fucking way a 78kg thai was going to be allowed to the finals.

I am so goddamn angry right now.

I agree with ya man,

Its cuz K-1 is Japanese and the Jap guy gets the favor (Musashi) ... Musashi shouldn't of gotten past the semi-finals.

I'd like to see Kaokalai fight more...

Does anybody know when the middle/light weights are having their K1 tournament (i.e. Masato's weight class)?

I'd like to see Buakaw go all the way.

I didn't buy it on PPV, but read results.

Seems like people agree that the Japanese judges favored their own - but that's the politics of any organized sport I suppose.

2 Extra rounds for the finals?????? Hoost and Remy fight was very close. Musashi should have lost to Sefo.
