Why not join a Thai gym and train in Muay Thai while you're still here?
You got 2 whole years ...

other than that,
- work on the bag a lot
- shadow box
- skip
- run
- work on the pads
- spar
and get some experience

oh ... and can't forget to maintain a healthy lifestyle + diet

that means, lay back on the keggers, the McDonalds, and all that junk.

Tons of cardio, mostly running and rope work.

Long runs (not jogging) are done at about 60-70% your top speed so it is a quick pace. You need stamina and the capacity to work over a long period of time.

Rope work builds your shoulders, arms, calves builds coordination and cardio.

Strengh/Resistance training - calisthenics to get back in shape, weights + plyos to build your strength/speed.

Rounds and rounds of pad work + sparring. You're gonna love pyramid drills and round robbin sparring (hey a fresh dude, while I'm gasping for air and dripping with sweat!)

Heavy bag

**(If you can tell, I am a little bit into cardio--which enables one to become a top fighter--I also believe that you should really work your legs, the stronger they are the better you will do!)
