Default best ab exercise the angel thing

i wa womndering how to develop the angel affect. the one that muscles surround your ribs, i dont know if iam describing it right but if anyone knows the best technique for this i would be grateful.

So right around the floating ribs? That's pretty much what Bruce has in that pic, muscle around his floating ribs. Do deadlifts and pull-ups.

* Rope pulls (note: not pulldowns, more like rope tucks for abs)
* One-arm cable pulls (ditto)
* Machine pullovers
* Close-grip chins
* Hanging serratus crunches
* Hanging DB rows (does anyone still use gravity boots?)
