i wa womndering how to develop the angel affect. the one that muscles surround your ribs, i dont know if iam describing it right but if anyone knows the best technique for this i would be grateful.

this came from a different forum:
--- Arnold's NEoMB has a few suggestions: * Rope pulls (note: not pulldowns, more like rope tucks for abs) * One-arm cable pulls (ditto) * Machine pullovers * Close-grip chins * Hanging serratus crunches * Hanging DB rows (does anyone still use gravity boots?) --
