Question Muay Thai gyms by NYU (3rd st. and broadway)?

I'm looking for a new MT gym near my school. I've come across Phil Nurse's Wat and Steve/Simon's 5pointfitness, both of which are like 10 blocks away.

I've checked out the wat and I'm going to go to 5point tonight.

Would anybody recommend one over the other? (I'm dirt poor, so cheap prices are good.) It seems like the Wat is more established, but is 5point up-and-coming?

I'd be interested in picking up BJJ/MMA -- are there any gyms closer to me (and cheaper) than Renzo's that teach both MT and some groundwork?
