Default Rope Bindings

Hey Everyone! I've been searching around for the proper traditional way to wrap the rope around your arms, but so far have come up empty handed. If anyone could possibly point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it!

You mean the authentic old style wrapping? There are several versions, one is the way they do it for shows and the other is the authentic fighting short wrap for chaiya and the long wrap for khorat. Tried to learn in thailand but it took some time to do the real ones. There was a show and they had to wrap up for the demonstration of the chaiya style. Dont know if there is any detailed info on the net, maybe some of the thai practitioners can help with this. The american who knows them all and documented them for his book is vincent and his email is blackdiamondcobra@NOSPAMyahoo.com, take out the no spam before yahoo.com, and see if he can help if no one else can. I know he knows because he did them and tried to teach me in thailand.

Dont know also if you question extended to the usage-how to use the handwrap whether short or long to fight with, thats a whole another topic.
