Default split machine

anyone use those split machines
the one where u sit down and wind that wheel and it makes you stretch your legs out

are these useless or are they good for being able to execute high kicks
im thinkin of buying one they are about $200 Australian

they work pretty well. Unti you become more flexible that the machines range.

I used to like them but have little use for them now.

how long would it take for a novice using the machine every day to become more flexible than the machines range

do u still use it to maintain your flexibility or is it not necessary??

depends a lot on the person. for most adults a year or so maybe 2 or 3

I no longer use machines because I can get just as good a stretch without one.


All it is is a partner stretch without a partner.
