Default Lost in Memphis TN

Anyone know of someone or somewhere that teaches Muay Thai in memphis TN ? or at least something similar would prefer to stay away from regular kick boxin b/c in my opinion is too restricting (you are trained not to use elbows and are restricted in where you can hit opponets and personlly would prefer to not be conditioned against using some effective types of attacks ie elbows and knees and clinchin)
