What is Soi Dow?
What exactly is getting dressed? I probably have already seen these techniques but another a different name but I've seen some coaches talking about this lately and was curious exactly how these techniques were performed. Thanks in advance,Clayton Miller |

"Soi Dow" means to aim for the stars and refers to a long-distance uppercut.
"Getting Dressed" is the Thai phrase for clinching. |
