Default Need help with Muay Thai terminology

What is Soi Dow?

What exactly is getting dressed?

I probably have already seen these techniques but another a different name but I've seen some coaches talking about this lately and was curious exactly how these techniques were performed. Thanks in advance,Clayton Miller

"Soi Dow" means to aim for the stars and refers to a long-distance uppercut.

"Getting Dressed" is the Thai phrase for clinching.
