hey everyone
need to gain some speed and strength for sparring and im just wondering what kind of exercises i can do at home with pretty much a skipping rope and 2 bags (1 light 1 heavy) i kno the obvious ones, sit ups, push ups, squats, but what are some others also how do i improve my punching, kicking, ducking, slipping speed any ideas would be helpful thanks |
