Best advice...Buy a cheap bottle of champagne...and some pizza, then wine and dine some chick. (wine=classy, worldly, and sophisticated...pizza=laid back and easy going.)

ive now given rubbing out my shins with a glass bottle a try. after conditioning. you know what? that REALLY REALLY HURTS. im not even coming close to 100x or so. done 30 on one leg and decided thats a bad game. still... gonna do it to the othr leg thn go back to the first. cos im a masochist... thats the best reason i can think of

yeah.... i think if i hadnt just got back from kickboxing it might have gone better. a few kicks hit the other guys shin when one or the other of us blocked. so my shins actually quite bruised atm. the bottle thing will happen again soon tho, hopefully less painfully
