Thumbs up New member, saying Hello with 1 question as well...

Just tripped on this forum today and I spent a good 2 hours on it today .
Looks like a good stand up forum and not just monkeying around like some other internet forums.
Tiger Balm cream, i picked 2 bottles today and wondering if i should use this stuff on my shins and things before as well as after my workouts/sparring sessions.

Thanks in Advance Guys!

Isn't that for bruises? Why use it before hand if it is?

Default I thought it also helps you warm up??

I could be wrong but i thought it is helpful to put it on and it helps you warm up quicker...
i opened the bottle, it's thick stuff, not all gooey where it'll be all over the place.

Liniment is usually used before hand. The bottle looks like this...

You can use tiger balm after for sore muscles and minor contusions.
