Just tripped on this forum today and I spent a good 2 hours on it today
. Looks like a good stand up forum and not just monkeying around like some other internet forums. Tiger Balm cream, i picked 2 bottles today and wondering if i should use this stuff on my shins and things before as well as after my workouts/sparring sessions. Thanks in Advance Guys! Ray D. |
