Default Apply cream no shins

Do you guys apply heating cream like metsal on your shins after hitting the bag?

No, but I will rub a little boxing liniment on them before training when it is insanely cold like today. I find it gets the nerves buzzing a bit before I start banging the shins into a cold bag.

pffff BC talkin' bout freezing Canada... -25C today here in the great O-town. My gym's so cold I have to stoke coal into the furnace a full two beers before class starts.
