We didn't use it in the gym I used to train Muay thai at.


And we don't use it in the one I train shootfighting in now when we spar standup, or on the ground for that matter.

I think the headgear provides a false sense of security, it doesn't protect the brain from the blows you get, it only protect against superficial(is that the word) damages, such as bruising and cuts.

thanks can you tell me more of what mauy thai is and can i see a video of it

i did karate got to yellow belt
i do tkd now and as of two weeks agao i got yellow belt i started tkd in feburady 07 in march 08 i test for orange belt

Are you seriously asking me what muay thai is? I'm gonna asume, against my better judgement that you are serious.

Muay thai is thaiboxing.

Search youtube for clips of muay thai training and fights.
