if your dojo or gym wear head gear can you post a photo? i have added one photo
even if you do not wear head gear please reply what style you train
if your gym or dojo wear head gear could you post a photo of the head gear you wear i hope this get out there i got the one with mask at awma.com from matt blake |

We mostly use these:
http://www.canbox.ca/c267847p16712617.2.html They are what we wear in competition, so most of us have bought the same thing. We aren't forced to wear head gear in sparring but most of us do the smart thing and put them on. |

I wear pro force with the gray face mask but I don't have a pic. I also wear pro force without face mask.

I have a set for Century and I also have some boxing head gear from www.everlast.com . I like the feal of the everlast better.

 In this pic, you can not only see the total head protection I wear, but the results I achieved wearing it! (for the record, my guard was up and the scuff marks were caused by my own boxing gloves being smushed against my forehead) |
