Question Shin Bumps

Hey guys just wondering if any of you could help me out.
After some training and hard sparring, i had some mean bruises on my shin.
Now after about 2-3 weeks the bruises have turned into semi hard small lumps on my shin ( scar tissue ? )
I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to get the lumps down, cause its painfull everytime I hit/block with that shin

Thanks guys

I've had luck with rubbing them out as soon as the workout is over. Just push on 'em and rub till they shrink down and hopefully with some pressure and maybe Ice they'll stay that way.
