Hey guys just wondering if any of you could help me out.
After some training and hard sparring, i had some mean bruises on my shin. Now after about 2-3 weeks the bruises have turned into semi hard small lumps on my shin ( scar tissue ? ) I was just wondering if there is anything I can do to get the lumps down, cause its painfull everytime I hit/block with that shin Thanks guys |
