Default Increasing kick height?

As you would guess from the title of the thread, I'm having trouble with the height of my kicks, and I'm wondering if anyone knows any stretches or other techniques to increase it (the height).

Thanks.

Do wall stretches.
Slide your butt on the wall and split your legs on it and let gravity do its job ;> Just wear something that lets your feet slide.
This was given to me by eye gouge and another forum member(forgot name, sorry). Anyway it helped me improve my high kicks

Try to do a split and go down as far as you can. Keep doing that everyday. Also when you kick, try to go as high as possible.

Take up yoga too lol

My kick height has always been high because I am tall and skinny. The way I get my kicks to go as high as I can possibly go is, I lean to the left when I am throwing a high right and I lean to the right if I am throwing a high left. I also do a lot of streaches to losen up.
