Can anyone recommend a software timer that is able to do things like laps, multiple countdown, etc...?

Most timers I have found are very basic with a simple and single countdown feature... I am looking for more [Big Grin] besides other training, I would like to use it for kickboxing as a "rounds/rest" timer.

win you get a timer, you'll want to get one that has a interval timer as well. Both Ringside and title makes one.

that you can set to 2, 3 and 4 minute rounds
with anywere from a 15 secone to 1 minute rest period
you can also set the iterval timer, so when your running you rounds, it'll make a different sound, so you move from one exersize to the next.
