Default Muay Thai Belly Pads

Does your gym or trainer use Muay Thai Belly Pads? if so what drills are they doing with you?

Pushkicks to two thai pads sucks and then we have to wait until they bring the pad back up to kick to the head or punch.

It probably varies from gym to gym; even though we have belly pads we generally use the thai pads for knees. A full force knee would hurt even with the belly pad I would imagine.
