If you want to get your thai boxing kicks as hard as mine.. I higly reccomend you buying one of these punching bags......Comes with an optional laser shooting rotating head..........When you kick it the head spins and shoots laser beams out............pretty cool..............just don't get one of those laser beams in the eyes.....it may blind you but it aslo may help you get ready for an attacker armed with a laser pen..............

Yeah, I show a lot of respect for my Prezident punching bag...I only hit him when I am training...The rest of the time, i treat him with the most heartfelt respect....

I even bring the prez-punh bag to the dinner table when i eat and have great conversations with him, He doesn't say much, but likes to sit there and drink red wine..................I sometimes even put on a cowboy hat which he loves to wear, when he is not being punched and kicked by my super-moves.......
