its in japanese i think, but its still pretty good. gives newcomers insight into what to expect from training in muay thai, and can help those of you who have partners to be able to train muay thai on your own. it also goes over parrying and counter attacks, as well as all around muay thai info. and ernesto hoost is one of the best kickboxers alive. enjoy.

I love Ernesto Hoost. I downloaded this from LimeWire several months ago, just typed in his name and let it search. Lots of good stuff. Ramon Dekkers and Rob Kaman also have instructionals out, some older stuff mostly, but all good nonetheless.
