WMC Muay Thai camp.
In two weeks time, me and a few friends are going to the WMC camp on Koh Samui. I was just putting a quick post on to ask what is this camp like, whats the training like and is there much to do during the day?
I have read a few things like diving on the coral reef, (will they allow you to go even if you dont have bio-degradable sun lotion?) etc... Also any advice about training in this type of weather would be helpful. Cheers Sean.
