Fist First Time Muay Thai Practitioner

Hi Guys.... i will be having me first muay thai training this saturday.. Oh tomorrow... can some of you guys give me a heads up of how it will be.. I have trained in Yaw-Yan(filipino Kick Boxing similar to Muay thai).. Am not sure if training in Muay thai will be different...

I'm more of a groundfighter and I also teach ground fighting but I also wanted to train in Muay thai because as we all know, Muay thai Fighters are one of the best in tems of striking arts...

For me, MT training is always sweaty, and very exhausting! So that's what I'd expect. Its damn fun and a great art too.
