Ive searched, but couldnt find what i was looking for so ill ask here...
Is there anyway to live in Thailand as a fighter? Is there a way to stay and live there for as long as i wanted to train and fight or is it pretty much till your pockets are empty? |

Where: I'd suggest you rather focus on where the camp is located. Find a good camp first and stay there. It could be Pattaya, Chiang Mai, Samui or BKK. Find good, traditional, camp/kru here is not easy and not difficult, let's find the camp you like first.
Living as professional fighter is also possible, there are weekly tournaments here, but what my concern is you may can not find the opponent that has same weight devision and yours, most Thai boxers here are much smaller than farangs. How long : You can live for train as long as you wish and back to your home country then enter to professional tournament would be more ideal option. |

If you want to stay in Thailand and just train and fight you would need 500 US per month for food.training and accomodation. If you wanted to teach a bit of English you may be able to supplement your income but better to save up in your own country where its easier to make money. Chiang Mai id cheaper than Bangkok and Islands. Try Chay-yai GYm www.muaythaicamps.com
